Where can I find nutrition values for the ingredients?

There many books about food counts available. We recommend:

Title: The Most Complete Food Counter

Author:  Annette B. Natow and Jo-Ann Heslin

Publisher: POCKET BOOKS

ISBN: 0-671-02561-9

Notes:

    1. The nutrition facts are based on per serving. If number of serving does not exist in the recipe, one serving will be used by default.

    2. Ingredients with unknown measurements such as "slice", "bunch", "dash" will not be calculated. Please try to convert them into known
